Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.

Position Type: Contracted – 03 Months

Position Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
- Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
- Enter orders into SAP when PO received
- Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
- Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
- Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
- Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
- Data Entry experience.
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. Or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
- No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.
- Extensions based on the requirement.
